The Nordic Observatory for Digital Media and Information Disorder (NORDIS) is an independent non-partisan multidisciplinary hub, a part of EDMO (the EU Digital Media Observatory).
We aim to identify, research and prioritise the most critical sources and causes of information disorders in Northern Europe (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden).
NORDIS was created to propose a set of short and longer-term actions, as well as recommendations to help citizens, public institutions and the private sector respond to the declining trust and help society in resisting the effects of increasing exposure to mis- and disinformation.
